"Actually useful, which was a nice surprise"
I checked out mancinidigital.com and, shockingly enough, the content was actually clear and easy to follow. No mountain of fancy buzzwords trying to sound important, just useful info that helped me find what I needed quickly. Overall, it was a solid read and gave me the impression they genuinely know what they’re talking about

"It mostly matched what we were aiming for"
It kinda lined up with our goals, at least in the areas we were focused on... Not everything was a perfect fit, but some of the main pieces did match what we had in mind, so overall it felt useful.

"Project stayed on track, even with a few repeat reminders"
Mancini Digital did a good job keeping our project organized and moving along. The updates were clear, deadlines were handled well, and I never really felt lost during the process. I did have to repeat a couple of things more than once, which got a little annoying, and there were a few points where I felt like I was saying the same thing again. Still, overall, they were easy to work with and the project stayed on track.

"I got confused by the reports"
The service itself was fine, but my first reaction to the reports was, “Wait, what am I even looking at?” The numbers didn’t feel clear to me, and I ended up having to ask a few times what they actually meant.

Maybe other people would be okay with it, but I felt lost going through the updates. I just wish the reports were simpler and didn’t leave me guessing so much.

"Didn’t really live up to what I expected"
I went into this expecting a bit more, especially for the price. It wasn’t terrible, but the end result felt basic compared to what I thought I was paying for. I can see how it might be fine for some people, but for me, it just didn’t feel worth the money.

"They Really Knew the Tech Side"
I worked with Mancini Digital on a few website and tracking issues, they seemed to really know what they were doing. It wasn’t just the basic surface-level stuff either, like, they actually understood the technical side and were able to explain what was going on in normal, easy-to-follow terms.

There were a few small back-and-forth moments, which is kind of expected with this sort of thing, but they got everything fixed properly and didn’t make the whole process feel overly complicated. I’d definitely use them again if I needed help with tech-related website work.

I used Mancini Digital for lead gen and overall had a good experience. The enquiries that came through felt real, and while not every lead was a perfect fit, enough of them turned into actual calls to make it worth it. Setup was straightforward too, which I appreciated. I also liked that it didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell some miracle result, that kind of honesty matters. Giving it 4 stars because it took a little time to get going, but I’d say it was fair and worthwhile.

The website looks kind of old and cluttered, and I had to spend way more time than I should’ve just trying to find basic stuff. It gave me that feeling like they didn’t organize it well, but somehow it became my problem to figure out. A cleaner, more modern layout would help a lot.

The site looks fine at first glance, but I didn’t feel totally confident using it. Some of the info was kinda vague, like they couldn’t be bothered to explain things properly, and the reliability feels a bit all over the place. I’d be careful before using it again because it seems a little sketchy and half-baked.

"Support has been kind of frustrating"
I really wanted to have a good experience with Mancini Digital, but the support has been inconsistent. Sometimes I get a helpful reply, and other times I’m waiting days and have to follow up just to get an answer. There are still a few issues on the site that feel like they should’ve been fixed by now. It’s not terrible or anything, but something about it just feels more frustrating than I expected.

"Had a little login hiccup, but it got sorted"
I ran into a small login issue the other day when I was trying to check my account, right after making coffee and sitting down to get a few things done. It took a little while, but support eventually fixed it and I was able to get back in without any more trouble.
